We offer many additional services including an optional security system inspection performed at no charge by Broadview Security (formerly Brinks). If no security system is present, a Broadview associate can provide an estimate for service at time of inspection.
Capitol Home Inspection carries E&O insurance as required by the Texas Real Estate Commission, and we are also Active Key equipped so the inspection can be performed without anyone present, if necessary. We offer a 90-day inspection guarantee and a 100% satisfaction guarantee as well on our inspections. All inspection reports include digital photographs, and are delivered the same day by electronic mail unless otherwise arranged with our client.
